We are excited to announce our Replenish Retreat for therapists.  A retreat to connect with other Counsellors, Therapists, Psychologists, Hypnotherapists, and Psychotherapists. Regardless of your modality, our aim is to provide a safe space where you can learn from each other, pull back, relax and have some fun. You will also develop new skills which will enhance your work and enable you to be the best version of YOU.

As therapists we are constantly holding space for others.  This can have an effect on our overall well-being.  Replenish Retreat provides the opportunity for you to share your experiences with other therapists and care for your own needs.  We are all seeking better health, a better way of being.  Give yourself the gift of time away from life’s demands.  We will support you in a calming environment to check in with yourself.  To take time to recharge, take stock and make changes to enrich your life.

At Replenish Retreat each part of your system – your mind, body and soul - will be nourished so that when you leave you will have a clearer vision of who you are and your life purpose.

We all know the importance of self-care and champion it to our clients but are we following our own advice? As therapists, what is self-care? Nadia Nauss

Trauma-Informed Teacher with Certification in Vinyasa, Yin  and Kundalini Yoga,  Neuro-Linguistic  Programming Master Practitioner, Reiki Master,  Certified Lomi Lomi Massage and Hawaiian Breathwork Therapist.

Practising yoga since 2008, Nadia explored various styles including Ashtanga, Bikram, and Hatha before completing her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher training through Power Living Australia Yoga and her 100-hour Yin Yoga teacher training with Mysan Sidbo, with whom she is currently mentoring. She also completed her Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training with Sat Sarbat Kaur Khalsa and Satmukh Singh Khalsa of Ajai Alai Awakening.  Nadia has received  training in Yoga for Trauma from Sal Flynn, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga with Frontline Yoga, and Kundalini Yoga Therapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) with Dr. Shanti Shanti Kaur Khalsa, PhD.

Nadia loves exploring practical applications of the ancient yogic teachings, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Daoist philosophy to today’s modern lifestyle and sharing yoga’s mind and body “life hacks” to manage the stress response, improve posture, cultivate emotional awareness, and promote health and wellbeing.

Whether through a vigorous Hatha sequence to strengthen and lengthen or an introspective Yin class to observe and change our patterns – Nadia enjoys sharing yoga’s ability to push us outside of our comfort zones so that we can experience healing, growth and transformation in the body, mind and spirit.

Her empowering teaching style is infused with a deep understanding of safe and functional anatomical alignment and intuitive physical adjustments balanced with pranayama (breathwork) and meditation from various traditions.  She draws from her background as a former officer in the United States Navy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner and her own personal journey with vulnerability and self-compassion to inform her teachings with a breadth and depth of experience.

Curious and inquisitive by nature, Nadia is passionate about lifelong learning, self-awareness and spiritual growth. At the heart of her personal philosophy, Nadia encourages viewing the yoga mat as a mirror for self-study, a foundational practice by which one learns to better hear and trust one’s own Inner Teacher.

She enjoys exploring how elements of the yoga practice can show up off the mat in our lives, allowing us to live with greater awareness, to change unwanted patterns and to recognise the connection between all things.

Nadia loves to share the transformative, healing power of yoga with people from all walks of life in group classes and private lessons.  She also offers the ancient Hawaiian healing art of Lomi Lomi massage and the Healing The Inner Child workshops and retreat series.

Kelly Corlett

Gestalt Psychotherapist. Diploma in Family Constellations, Senior Support, Petrea King’s Quest for Life Centre. Storyteller.

After years attempting to perfect her role as Mother of the Year to three children and playing Chief Enabler to the rest of her family, Kelly was lifted out of her busy life by a succession of life-threatening illnesses.

Whilst attending a retreat she eventually ‘met’ herself and became fully aware of the gift of her own life. She is now passionate about encouraging others to live their best life and share her experience in how she found solace in the worst of times.

"Through my over responsibility to others, I gave away my responsibility to myself.  I decided I wanted to live MY best life, but without knowledge of my first nature, I wasn’t equipped to make any choices.  I finally valued myself enough to ask the question - what is important to me?"  Kelly Corlett.

"...and the day came when the risk to remain tight, in a bud, was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." - Elizabeth Appell
